Trouble with these polls, as always, is that given the First Past the Post system, what it can actually tell us is surely very little unless it’s properly stratified by constituency.
It is a little surprising that Labour are trending upwards given all the recent events and bad publicity they’ve been getting, mind.
You are absolutely right about the usefulness of stratified by consituency polls.
However, vote intention at a national level is still a useful indicator of political trends.
